Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
Yield: 12 standard muffin cups
Wet Ingredients:
3 overripe bananas, mashed with a fork
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
Dry Ingredients: (shift all dry ingredient)
1.5 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
A pinch of salt
Desired amount of Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.
- Combine the dry to the wet ingredients. Do not over-mix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips. (Save some chocolate chips for decoration)
- Divide the batter into 12 standard muffin cups.
- Decorate muffins with chocolate chips to your desired pattern.
- Put them into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
